Please join us for the Ribbon Cutting for Winchester Small Engine on Tuesday, September 16^th at 10:00AM.  They are located at 918 South College Street in Winchester.  Winchester Small Engine is a commercial and industrial equipment supplier, as well as a lawn and garden dealer with sales and service. New owner, Matt Davis, welcomes everyone to stop in and browse their inventory.
